Booking information

My bookings will open once every three months. When they open you will find a form on my website that you can fill out. On the form you will find a bunch of questions that will give me the information I need, to give you an estimated price and available dates. Take enough time and attention to fill out the form, you cannot be too detailed. I love doing both small and large tattoos but I will prioritize designs and ideas that fit my style best and that give me the most creative freedom. Even if you have not seen anything similar on my feed, feel free to still fill out the form. I would love to hear you guys’ plans, as long as it suits my style!

As soon as you have accepted my price estimate we can plan your appointment, which will be confirmed through a nonrefundable down payment. The down payment will be €50,- euro’s for small to medium sized tattoos, and €100,- euros for a day session. Keep in mind that your appointment will not be finite until the down payment is fulfilled so make sure you are able to pay it when you are filling out the booking form. If you have not paid within 24 hours, your appointment will be removed so i can fill the spot, so be sure you have your notifications turned on. This way there will be no miscommunications or disappointments. Reminders will not be sent so pay close attention to your messages!

All the forms will be answered as fast as possible, but it can take up to three weeks due to the high amount of inquiries I get. You will always get a response from me, even if I unfortunately cannot book you in. Keep an eye on my stories though, as I will update you there when there is a delay or when I have finished responding to everybody.

How do I book an appointment?

My bookings open at the beginning of every quarter, so every 3 months you can make an appointment by filling out the booking form on this website.

Designs

For small and medium sized tattoos you will receive your design at the beginning of your appointment. I always calculate some extra time, so there is still room for changers to be made. For large tattoos you will receive the design in the week leading up to your appointment. To be sure you will be as satisfied as possible with your design, I highly recommend adding multiple reference pictures and a clear description of what you want to your booking form!

How can I contact you if I have a question about my idea, design or appointment?

All contact about my work is done by email or whatsapp only. DM’s, messages, texts and phone calls will not be answered to ensure I have all information in one place. My contact information is: chamildaflorense@outlook.com or +31 6 43 97 44 17.

How much does my tattoo cost?

A lot of different factors define the final price of the tattoo, such as size, style, details etc. After receiving your booking forms and all the necessary information and pictures, I will give you an indication of the price. A down payment of €50,- to €100,- euros is necessary to secure your appointment. This money is non-refundable but will be subtracted from the tattoo total.

My tattoo pricing starts at €100,- euros for the smallest tattoos and up to €600,- to €750,- euros for a day session. For a more accurate estimate, fill out a booking form and wait for my response.

How can I best prepare myself for my new tattoo?

It is imported to be very well rested, hydrated and fed. So make sure you get a good night’s rest, drink lots of water in the week leading up to your appointment and eat a decent meal at least 2 hours before your appointment. Do not drink alcohol or take any other stimulants at least 24 hours before your appointment. These substances can thin your blood and can make it harder to tattoo you. If you have a long session ahead of you make sure you have enough snacks and drinks with you to last you through the appointment. And finally, do not forget to let your tattoo artist know about any allergies you may have or about any medication you are taking.

Can I get tattooed while being pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately not. Due to elevated risks of infection we strongly advise against getting tattooed during this period.

Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled only by email or whatsapp, and at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to make a change it is highly recommended to cancel your appointment via whatsapp or email as soon as possible. This is because same day cancellations require you to pay a new down payment in order to reschedule.

Your down payment is valid for 6 months after canceling to book a new appointment. This cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all of my clients, so no exceptions will be made.

How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

This can be done by emailing or sending a whatsapp message at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to chamildaflorense@outlook.com or +31 6 43 97 44 17. If you cancel your appointment in time your down payment is valid for 6 months to rebook.

Any instagram or facebook comments or DM’s will not be answered. This helps me keep everything organised and separated, and makes it easier to keep overview. Down payment and confirming appointments

In order to finalise your appointment, we require a non-refundable down payment of €50,- or €100,- euros, depending on the size of your tattoo. Do not forget to complete your payment within 24 hours of receiving the payment details to secure your date! Check your email or whatsapp regularly and have your notifications on to make sure we avoid disappointments and miscommunications.

Touch-ups

Within 6 months of getting your tattoo, you are eligible to get a touch up free of charge. You can send an email or whatsapp message at any time to make an appointment for the touch-up. Do not forget to add a picture of your healed tattoo so I know how much time to book.
